My name is Hanna Cesek-Shaw and I am a fully qualified and insured massage therapist, working from my private treatment room at home in Princes Risborough.
I have studied with London School of Massage, No Hands Massage and Jing Advanced Massage Training. I am also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).

Therapeutic Massage is for people with specific aches and pains or for those that like a medium to firm pressure. For people who are looking for an hour of pure relaxation, who struggle to sleep or are feeling anxious then the De-Stress Massage is perfect for you.
For pregnant women or those who have recently given birth I offer a lovely side-lying Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy Massage. The treatment focusses on fluid retention, hip and low back pain and relaxation. A pregnancy massage is the perfect gift for mums to be. Babies are always welcome in my treatment room and can stay in their carriers or lie on the table next to you, feeding or snuggling!
Oncology/Cancer Massage is as the name suggests, for people who have been diagnosed with or recently recovered from Cancer. It takes into account any treatments you may be undergoing and aims to provide comfort and relaxation at a difficult time. Oncology Massage is generally shorter in duration.
For those who want a relaxing experience with a difference, I now offer Touch Therapy. Unlike massage, which uses oil applied to the skin, Touch Therapy is a series of hand positions applied over towels or clothes. It is deeply relaxing and people report seeing colours and visualisations, feeling cold, warm, tingling or floating sensations. It's perfect for people with certain skin conditions, anyone who is highly stressed or for people who don't like the idea of conventional massage therapy.
I also offer Bespoke Treatments so, for example, if you're a runner and just want your feet, hamstrings and glutes done, if you suffer from IBS and want your tummy included in a 'back, neck and shoulders' or if you grind your teeth and want extra time on your jaw and neck area - get in touch!
