I have studied with London School of Massage, No Hands Massage and Jing Advanced Massage Training. I am also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).

Therapeutic Massage is my most popular treatment, the pressure can be adjusted depending on whether you have specific aches and pains or are looking for an hour of pure relaxation.
For pregnant women or those who have recently given birth I offer a lovely side-lying Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy Massage. The treatment focuses on fluid retention, hip and low back pain and relaxation. A pregnancy massage is the perfect gift for mums to be. Babies are always welcome in my treatment room and can stay in their car seats or prams or lie on the table next to you, feeding or snuggling!
Oncology/Cancer Massage is as the name suggests, for people who have been diagnosed with or recently recovered from Cancer. It takes into account any treatments you may be undergoing and aims to provide comfort and relaxation at a difficult time. Oncology Massage is very gentle and often shorter in duration.
I also offer Bespoke Treatments so, for example, if you're a runner and just want your feet, hamstrings and glutes done, if you suffer from IBS and want your tummy included in a 'back, neck and shoulders' or if you grind your teeth and want extra time on your jaw and neck area - get in touch!
