Terms and Conditions

 

All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to a phone and pre-treatment consultation. Wild Lotus Massage has the right to refuse any booking and all are subject to availability. Completion of a contact form generates an enquiry, you will be contacted to confirm the booking.

Payment terms

All treatments must be paid for in advance or during your appointment. Cash, cheque, card, Paypal and bank transfers accepted.

Children under the age of 16 require written permission from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult.

Lateness, cancellation/postponement & no show policy

I understand that unforeseen things, like traffic, last minute phone calls at work and sickness mean you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment.

I have the utmost respect for my clients’ time, and will try and accommodate those changes wherever possible. With this in mind, the following policies apply:

  • Lateness

    • So as not to disrupt any appointments after yours, if you arrive late for your appointment the session will need to end at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. The full amount will still be charged.

  • Cancellation/postponement

    • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or postponement. If you cancel or postpone your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time slot, you will be charged full price.

  • No Show

    • Failure to turn up for a booked appointment without prior notice will incur the full cost of the booked treatment.

Full amount to be paid in advance, or at time of first booking. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Only valid for one person, on the same length of treatment. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Non-refundable. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are not cash redeemable or refundable.

Offers can not be used in conjunction with each other.

INSTAGRAM COMPETITION - April/May 2019

Competition launches 15th April 2019. Entries accepted until Midnight on May 11th 2019. Winners will be contacted by Friday 24th May 2019. 1 winner will be randomly selected for top prize of a free De-Stress Massage. 3 runners up will be randomly selected for runners up prizes of 1 £10 voucher towards a treatment at Wild Lotus Massage. All prizes will be valid for 3 months and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer. It must be used only by the named competition winner. Entrants must be 16 or over.
